– Inactivity or non-participation in the course
– Failure to meet system requirements

3. Exception: Course Cancellation by eConceptual:

In the event that eConceptual cancels a course, users affected will be notified promptly. Any fees paid for the canceled course will be credited to the user’s account for future use.
